SAN DIEGO BEACHES
San Diego offers a great number of large beaches in which you can relax and sunbathe and, of course, Surf. The most famous beaches of San Diego are located north of the city : MISSION BEACH, PACIFIC BEACH and OCEAN BEACH. Other wonderful beaches are IMPERIAL BEACH, located south of SD, near the border with Mexico, SILVER STRAND BEACH, with an amazing view of the bay and CORONADO BEACH, on Coronado Island.
What can you do on SD Beaches? Like on every beach you can take a sun bath, relax, playing football or swim in the waves. Yes... San Diego cannot live without his waves. In fact the most important acitivity on San Diego Beaches is SURFING. SURFING is not only a sport for SanDiegans but it's a way of life. Everything recalls surfing on San Diego Beaches. You must try ... very very amusing!!!
Be aware only that on San Diego Beaches you cannot consume alcoholic drinks. If you want to drink something alcoholic go out of the sand!!!
